This short exercise will increase testosterone and muscle mass
And become faster and athletic in the mean time
Sprinting is a great way to boost your hormones and energy in your body.
It’s a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) which study suggest can improve testosterone levels in men. As you may know, testosterone is one of the most important hormones that makes us masculine men.
Sprinting is my preferred way of doing some cardio because it’s short and explosive. Also when looking at body composition, sprinters look more muscular and healthier.

Other benefits of sprinting are:

An important hormone for stimulating muscle growth
Cardio vascular and conditioning improvements

You can do it everywhere
A complete sprint training only has to last for around 20 minutes
How to perform:
I do around 8 reps. 4 are warming up and 4 are high intensity. Before I start I do some dynamic leg stretches and warm up my legs.
The distance I sprint is around 50 meters. The frequency is once every 1-2 weeks.
The training cycle is the following
1st rep: 50%
2nd rep: 60%
3th rep: 70%
4th rep: 80%
5-8th rep: 90%
