Intermittent fasting can 10X your days
Here’s how

If you’re into health optimization you may have heard of: Intermittent-Fasting.
In a nutshell it’s eating all your meals in a shorter time window like: eating all the meals from 12 AM to 8 PM. A powerful tool you can use on the journey of becoming a high-performer.
A concept that doesn’t cost anything, but it has powerful benefits that go beyond weight loss.
It keeps you focused and sharp:
Digesting food takes energy. It creates spikes in blood sugar. These spikes cause swings in energy. Working on an empty stomach gives mental clarity to get tasks done.
It a great way of anti-aging
Things like intermittent fasting can become a great way to boost longevity. It creates minor stress on they body that will turn on certain survival mechanisms. David Sinclair (from the longevity book lifespan) calls this the state of Hormesis. In other words: ‘what doesn’t kills you makes you live longer’.
Lifestyle simplicity
Instead of making and preparing big complex breakfasts, I only need a cup of coffee to start my mornings. Because I’m skipping the first meal I can start my days faster and simplifies my lifestyle to be more effective.
How to start it:
Before you go all overboard and start using OMAD (One Meal A Day), try to ease into the habit. IF can have an readjustment period of 2 to 4 weeks before the body becomes accustomed to it.
So if you want to try it out, start to delay breakfast a few hours or stop snacking during the evenings.
Next, you can move to 14/10 or 16/8 fasting (14 to 16 hours of fasting, 10 to 8 hours of eating).

Examples of popular fasting periods and schedules
Every time I’m in a fasted state it gives me energy, makes my thinking sharper and feel motivated to get work done. See if it works out for you, it’s free.
Keep improving 👊
