It’s normal nowadays to have an average screen time on your phone of 4+ hours. If you’re like me however, that’s not acceptable.
We would rather use that time to be:
Live life in the real world instead of the digital one
Spend the time with loved ones

UX (user experience) designers use bright and vibrant colors for a reason. They do it to hack our brains and dopamine systems. This way our brain gets shortcutted and you open apps one autopilot. Without even realizing it.
They use the power of human psychology to keep you addicted and make you crave your phone.
