The brutally honest truth we need to accept
Taking ownership over everything
Today it’s time to spit some truth many people have a hard time accepting. But if you do it will give you all the control in life and puts you at a serious advantage over everyone.
99% of the people in today’s world complain about their situation in life. Everything is becoming too expensive, taxes are too high, their work is hard and unfair, etc etc…
The blame is always on someone else. They blame the government, the matrix, or their boss for their situation.
When we blame someone else for our situation we are completely dependent on them. They are ones that need to solve our problems. We wait around, complain and hope something magically changes.
But we can also give all the power to ourselves. Before we do that we need to accept the brutal truth:
‘We are responsible for all the problems in our lives.’
It may sounds unfair, unreasonable or comes across as an injustice. Perhaps it is, but by accepting the above you gained a superpower (Like spiderman being bitten by a radioactive spider).
Right now you are the one that’s able to create a solution for it. With this you take all the power over your life instead of giving it to someone else.
A popular example: ‘The housing prices are way too high and it’s impossible to get a house.’
1.) We are in a crisis and the government isn’t doing anything about it. It’s unfair how am I supposed to live on my own working this job.
2.) It is what it is, I need to find ways to make more money to afford the house that I want.
One reaction might feel good in the moment and doesn’t hurt your ego. The other one hurts but is liberating with an action plan to actually do something about it.
Perhaps the problems in your life aren’t your fault, but they are still your problems. You have to solve them because no one else will.
Next time you want to blame someone for a problem, see where you can take control and ownership.
Keep improving 👊
